Placed right in the centre of town, just a 2 minute stroll from most of the amenities in Agia Efimia, and approximately 120m from the beach. The Sofita apartments have a especially large patio/balcony area for those chillout sessions before going out for the evening. The views of the mountain sides and harbour from this rooftop patio is breathtaking

This complex comprises 4 x 1bedroom apartments with a living room for 2 people, 4 x Studio apartments for two people, 2 Sofita (rooftop) studio apartments for 2 people and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments for 4 people.

The well presented accommodation at the Alexatos Apartments is air-conditioned. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, electric kettle & coffee machines are available upon request), as is a hairdryer should you forget to pack your own! A television is also supplied in most of the apartments. Dennis, the landlord is available in his office on the ground floor at most times of the day (office hours plus a bit!!) should you need anything. His English is very good and you will find him very helpful.
