The air-conditioned Alexatos Apartments in Agia Efimia are well located within the centre of the village, just a 2 minute
stroll from most of the amenities of Agia Efimia,
and approximately 120m from the beach. The well renowned beach at Myrtos is 10 minutes away by car, alternatively just a short bus ride away and visiting a number of traditional Greek villages en-route.
The Sofita (rooftop) studio apartments benefit from an excpetionally large patio/balcony area for those chillout sessions
before going out for the evening. The views of the
mountain sides and harbour from this rooftop
patio are breathtaking
The Alexatos Apartments comprise four x 1 Bedroom
Apartments with a living room for 2 people, four x
Studio Apartments for two people, two Sofita (rooftop)
Studio Apartments for up to 3 people and two x 2 Bedroom
Apartments for 4 people.

The
recently refurbished and well presented accommodation at the Alexatos
Apartments is air-conditioned. Each apartment
has a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, electric
kettle & coffee machines are available
upon request), as is a hairdryer should you
forget to pack your own! A television
is also supplied in most of the apartments.
Dennis, the landlord, and/or his wife are available in the office
on the ground floor at most times
of the day (office hours plus a bit!!) should
you need anything. Their English is very good
and you will find them very helpful.
