When you arrive at Fotini Apartments in Agia Efimia and take in the view, we think it fair to say you will be impressed.  It really does have a "WOW" factor.  These brand new apartments are located in an elevated position on the mountainside and words alone cannot describe the views from this property and it is doubtful any photograph can do it real justice! However, we will do our best ....

The bright, airy and spacious Fotini holiday apartments complete with a superb swimming pool are situated in an elevated postion on the mountainside in Agia Efimia overlooking the sea. The unobstructed sea views looking towards the island of Ithaca in the distance are truly what dreams are made of!

The superior accommodation at Fotini comprises two large studio apartments (both 45sq m) and two superb one bedroom apartments (both 65 sq m). All four apartments have patio doors from the living area leading onto a patio/balcony with views to the sea.

Each apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is also fully equipped, including a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, full size oven, fridge, crockery, cutlery, television with satellite, dvd player and if you bring your computer there is free Wifi internet access too!

A hire car is strongly advised bearing in mind the location of this property.  The centre of the village of Agia Efimia is just a couple of minutes away by car, although much longer on foot, especially the return journey ....... which is very much uphill!!

The apartments at Fotini offer a peaceful and "get away from it all" environment from where you can relax and unwind in a magnificent location with the feeling of being on top of the world!

The Fotini Apartments are owned and managed by the Alexatos family of Agia Efimia who extend a very warm and hospitable welcome to their guests.  

If you are looking for the real "Greek" experience the family will do all they can to oblige!  However, if you simply want to relax, take a swim and relish the sights and sounds of the mountain and breathe the heady scent of the fresh mountain herbs, you can be assured you will be left in peace!

The family keep sheep which graze higher up the mountain and ensure a good supply of milk which they use for cheese making.

They will be planting a variety of fruit trees around the property and guests will be free to "pick their own" as and when the fruit is ready. The family also make their own wine - free of chemicals so ..... no hangover!  They also keep chickens elsewhere within the village which means there is always a ready supply of fresh eggs - free range naturally!!
 
The Fotini offer a superb standard of holiday accommodation, and of course ....... the location is quite simply magnificent!

The apartments are air-conditioned for your comfort during the warm summer days and nights. Prices are inclusive of the air-conditioning; sheets and towels are provided and changed regularly. Towels for the pool area and the beach are not provided - you would need to bring these with you.

These modern and very spacious apartments, which were completed during 2009, offer excellent quality accommodation in a magnificent location with far reaching sea and mountain views.  They are ideal for couples although a family of 3-4 can be accommodated in the one bedroom apartments.  Car hire is recommended.
