Located on the Dendrinata road on the outskirts of Agia Efimia, a ten minute walk into the centre of the village and at the foot of Mt. Kalon (a heavily protected mountain where the Griffin vulture is reputed to breed).

The privately owned Gavril Villas in Agia Efimia were brand new for the 2009 season.  Each two bedroom/two bathroom villa is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to five people.  The fifth person can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living area.

The four self-catering villas with pools which are built into the mountainside just a short stroll from the centre of the picturesque village offer a high standard of holiday accommodation for the discerning guest.

The well appointed accommodation benefits from a spacious lounge/diner with casement doors leading to a large balcony affording magnificent sea and mountain views to the front of the properties.

Also on the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen equipped to a high standard and complete with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine.  The villas are well equipped with good quality glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

On the first floor are the two spacious bedrooms with plenty of built in wardrobes and cupboards, plus a bathroom with bath and shower.  There is also a shower room on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a balcony.

The Gavril Villas were completed during the early part of 2009. They offer a high standard of furnishings and are very well equipped self-catering holiday villas which are likely to prove popular with both couples and families alike.

Whilst their location is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village, the properties  offer quality holiday villas in a quiet location with magnificent panoramic views ............. plus competitive prices.

The Gavril Villas have been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with your comfort and relaxation a top priority.

The two good sized swimming pools at the Gavril Villas are located to the rear of the properties and are enclosed by attractive stone walls which provide a good deal of privacy.

The spacious area around the swimming pools is fully tiled and there are plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas.  The area is split level with one pool on the lower level and steps leading to the upper level where the second pool is located.

As and when you feel like venturing down to the picturesque village of Agia Efimia with it's excellent selection of restaurants and tavernas, supermarkets, gift shops, sea and beaches, it's about a 10 minute stroll downhill. The return trip back to the villas is a little more strenuous as it is uphill for most of the way!!

The villas provide a comfortable self-catering holiday home in a peaceful environment for a memorable holiday on the magical island of Kefalonia. Prices are competitive and very affordable.  

The Gavril Villas are fully centrally heated making them very attractive should you wish to visit the island out of season.  For the warmer summer months each villa is fully air-conditioned.

These properties offer excellent value for a family of four or five people, however reduced rental rates are available for couples during the months of May, June, September and October.  Please take a look at the price panel below for the 2010 prices.
