At Makis Village there is a pool bar where you can purchase drinks and snacks whilst enjoying the beautiful views across the harbour towards Ithica.
 

There are just 16 self-catering holiday properties at Makis Village in Agia Efimia, ranging from studio apartments and cottages for two people, to a two bedroom cottage to sleep four people.

The accommodation at Makis Village has recently undergone total refurbishment and been re-equipped and re furnished. Each apartment is air-conditioned, has a television, telephone and hairdryer (except for 6 of the studios).

Each property, whether a studio or two bedroom cottage, has it's own balcony or patio where you can relax over a cool drink and take in the stunning scenery.

 

The range of self-catering properties at Makis Village are competitively priced and offer excellent value holiday homes with the use of a swimming pool within a peaceful and beautiful setting.
 

Prices start at just 32 Euros a night for a studio apartment during the months of May, June, September and October. During the peak months of July and August prices per studio are 57 Euros per night. Prices are for the studio apartment, not per person (air-conditioning is available for an additonal charge of 5 Euros per night, payable locally, if required).

The two bedroom cottage with sea view to sleep four people costs just 88 Euros per night during the months of May, June, September and October and rises to 138 Euros per night during peak season. Prices are for the apartment, not per person, and are inclusive of the air-conditioning.
