Maria's air-conditioned one bedroom apartments in Agia Efimia offer quality holiday accommodation in a superb setting.  They are ideally located in an elevated position of the village. Being just 80 meters or so from the sea and a number of small coves, these charming apartments afford superb sea and mountain views. Within a few minutes stroll are the many restaurants, tavernas and amenities of the village.

There are two spacious one bedroom apartments at Maria's, both located on the first floor. Designed mainly to take 2 people comfortably, it is possible to accommodate a third person, i.e. a child under 10, on a sofa bed in the kitchen/living area.

Each one bedroom self-catering holiday apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen/diner and living room, one bedroom, a bathroom plus a balcony affording far reaching sea and mountain views.
 

The above three pictures are taken inside Apartment No. 1, located to the front of the property. Both apartments are well equipped, the kitchen has a kettle, full sized cooker, pots & pans plus a full size fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a television. The balconies are furnished with tables and chairs.  The bedrooms in both apartments offer plenty of wardrobe space and the bedroom of Apartment No. 1 also benefits from patio doors which open onto a second balcony affording views to the sea and across towards the island of Ithaca.
 

The photograph to the left is a view taken from the ground floor of Maria's where the owners, Andreas and his wife Maria stay for the summer season.  The views from Apartments No. 1 and 2 on the  first floor are even more impressive!

The apartments are a short stroll (approximately 5 minutes) from the centre of the village  and 5 minutes stroll from Paradise beach. The approach road to the apartments is quite steep and as such could prove difficult for the elderly or disabled people. However, if you can walk up it is worthwhile in order to appreciate the views across the bay to the front and towards the mountains at the rear.
 

The pictures immediately above and to the right are taken in Apartment No. 2. The balcony is slightly smaller than apartment 1 but still affords spectacular views to the mountains and across the bay to Ithaca.

These well appointed and maintained air-conditioned apartments boast an enviable setting within a picturesque village and afford magnificent sea and mountain views.  They provide for a very comfortable home for a memorable holiday on the magical island of Kefalonia.
