With spectacular views across the valley, the Olive House is a charming village cottage (sleeping four people), with it's own private swimming pool. Situated in a peaceful location, this property is ideal if you wish to chill and relax whilst still being within easy reach of the restaurants, tavernas, shops and amenities of Agia Efimia.

The Olive House stands within it's own private gardens which extend to over 1000 sq. mtrs and is an ideal location for a quiet
relaxing holiday. It offers comfort and privacy in a lovely setting on the mountainside within the small Greek village of Dendrinata. The village is
in an ideal geographical spot from
where you can explore the rest of the island.
Both the north and southern ends of Kefalonia are less than 1 hour away by car, whilst the
beaches, shops, supermarkets and tavernas of Agia Efimia
are less than 5 minutes away.

The air-conditioned two bedroom village cottage with private swimming pool affords a spacious living/dining
room, a fitted and equipped kitchen with appliances, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have large
fitted wardrobes with plenty of cupboard storage above. All windows are fitted with retractable fly/mosquito screens.

The Olive House is an ideal "get away from it all" holiday home which offers privacy and plenty of outdoor space for al-fresco dining. You can relax on one of the spacious terraces to enjoy the spectacular views across the valley and you may even hear the goat bells in the distance!. If you want to visit the world renowned Myrtos Beach, it is only five minutes drive away. After a day spent relaxing at the beach or in the comfort of The Olive House, the
restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, beaches and shops of Agia Efimia are five minutes drive away.
