Clio Apartment. (sleeps2/3)
This luxury one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 3 people (one on a sofa bed). Located within the same building as Calliope it has two balconies. The balcony leading from the bedroom offers excellent views of the town, harbour and beyond! Both Clio and Calliope apartments have recently been fully refurbished to a high standard, offering fully fitted kitchens and built in wardrobes. Dionisia (renamed Katerina in '09) Apartment. (Sleeps 2/3)
Sleeping up to 3/4 people comfortably, Dionisia apartment is located only 2 to 3 minutes walk from the Harbour area in a quiet back street of Agia Efimia. and a short stroll to all the Taverna's, shops, tourist areas and coffee shops. It has a lovely balcony with views across the town to the mountains. Whilst called a studio this apartment is on two floors and can accommodate a family of 4 sleeping in an open plan bedroom on a Mezzanine floor. (see below) There is a spiral staircase which the elderly with walking difficulties may possibly find difficult. Air-conditioning is available for an additional nominal charge, payable locally.

Located in the same building as Dionisia apartment, Nicoleta offers the family of 4 the additional benefit of sleeping in 2 separate bedrooms thus removing the worry of disturbing any sleeping children at bedtime.
The apartment is located only 2 to 3 minutes walk from the Harbour area in a quiet back street of Agia Efimia and a short stroll to all the Taverna's, shops, tourist areas and coffee shops. It has a lovely balcony with views across the town to the mountains. Nikos Apartment (sleeps up to 5)
Nikos is a fully furnished and equipped ground floor self-catering apartment situated in a convenient location within the heart of the village of Agia Efimia and just 100 meters from the sea. The apartment, which is arranged on one level, has two bedrooms, two shower rooms and offers the family/party of up to five people comfortable holiday accommodation in a quiet residential area within the picturesque harbour village.

It is just a short stroll to the numerous beaches, taverna's, shops, supermarkets and coffee shops.
The apartment benefits from a paved terrace to the front of the property, accessed via a gate, an ideal spot for relaxing over a cool drink and taking in the atmosphere. There is also a spacious private

Vicky Apartment (sleeps 4)
This spacious self-catering apartment, located within the village and close to the sea, offers superb holiday accommodation for a family/party of four. The Apartment, situated on the first floor and approached via it's own private gated entrance, has a spacious kitchen/diner, two bright and well furnished bedrooms with built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space, together with a modern shower room/wc.

The apartment has the added benefit of a large terrace, complete with sunloungers, to the rear of the property offering charming views to the mountains.

This popular apartment is only a couple of minutes stroll to the restaurants, tavernas and amenities of Agia Efimia and provides very comfortable and spacious self-catering holiday accommodation, arranged over two floors and is in a convenient location within the village.
