We are privileged to showcase these chic boutique apartments at The Stonehouse Villa which are a rare find!  The Penthouse and a further two apartments each comprise two bedrooms to sleep 4 people. The Stonehouse Villa Apartments sit high on the hillside overlooking Agia Efimia, the harbour and across the sea to Ithaca.  It is hard to imagine a better vantage point - it quite literally takes your breath away!

This property is the culmination of one man's dream. The project  has taken many years of total dedication and hard work (oh, and plus the Euros of course!), and resulted in something which we believe is quite unique and truly amazing.

The Stonehouse apartments each have a television, dvd player and satellite tv.  Free wifi is also provided for guests staying at the properties.

There are three apartments each affording two bedrooms. They have all been furnished to a high standard with flair and imagination and offer a high degree of luxury and comfort.

The Penthouse comprises a spacious open plan living/dining room with feature fireplace and doors opening onto a superb outside area looking directly out to sea.  The kitchen is well equipped with a full size cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, sandwich maker, frappe machine, a juicer and a coffee perculator.

An attractive archway leads from the living area through to the two bedrooms and shower room.  The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds.  The shower room is attractively tiled and comprises wash hand basin with storage cupboards under, a wc and enclosed shower cubicle.

The outside area of the Penthouse is vast - approximately 50 sq m in total so plenty of space for relaxing, dining and soaking up the magnificent views.

Please note : as this is the Penthouse Apartment there are a number of steps leading to the property.
 


 

Two further apartments are located on the ground floor and these each afford two bedrooms. They are furnished and equipped with the same style and attention to detail as the Penthouse.  These apartments also benefit from a good sized private patio commanding stunning sea views.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom is well furnished with fitted wardrobes and cupboards providing plenty of storage space.

These apartments benefit from a stylish shower room and the shower walls have been crafted from pebbles (we'd better not divulge which beach they came from!). The kitchens are equipped with the same high level of fixtures and fittings provided in the Penthouse.

The Stonehouse boutique villa affords plenty of outside space where guests can relax and savour the magnificent location.  There are a number of attractive seating areas around the property and also a large bbq for guests to make use of during their stay.

Car hire is recommended and hire cars can be parked under the shade of the rustic car port during those hot balmy summer days ... and nights! 

 

The apartments are air-conditioned for your comfort during the warm summer days and nights. Prices are inclusive of the air-conditioning; sheets and towels are provided and changed regularly. Towels are not, however, provided for the beach so you will need to bring these with you.

This superb property was completed ready for the 2011 season.  Each apartment provides a high level of comfort, luxury and rustic style in an amazing location commanding magnificent sea and panoramic views.  The apartments are ideal for couples although being two bedroom properties they comfortably accommodate 4 people.  Car hire is recommended.
