The villa comes complete with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, including a number of terraces, and is located within a traditional village close to the picturesque coastal village of Agia Efimia (4kms) in the much sought after region of the Pylaros valley in Kefalonia.

With the world famous Myrtos beach only 15 minutes by car and also located on the new free bus route that the Pylaros Municipality kindly provides between the months of May to October. This family village home offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing holiday in superb surroundings.

Villa Avvisania is an ideal location to base yourselves for a quiet relaxing holiday by the pool or sunbathing on one of the three terraces depending on the location of the sun. The villa is in an ideal geographical spot from which you can explore the rest of the island. Both the north and southern ends of the island are less than 1 hour away, whilst the beaches, shops, supermarkets and tavernas of Agia Efimia are less than 5 minutes away by car. The Villa also enjoys staggering views across the valley and down towards Agia Efimia and beyond to Ithica.

Villa Avvisania comprises a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with feature fireplace, dvd, cd and television, a bright modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with appliances, including dishwasher, one double bedroom, one twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of cupboard storage above.
