Villa Suva, a magnificent private villa complete with swimming pool and beautifully located within it's own landscaped grounds just a few minutes drive from the picturesque harbour village of Agia Efimia, and the world renowned Myrtos Beach.

This is an exceptional property in an enviable location offering first class holiday accommodation complete with it's own well maintained swimming pool - ideal for a relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings within easy distance of an excellent choice of restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets and beaches.

Villa Suva stands within it's own landscaped gardens on a plot size approaching 1,200 square meters. The property is approached via it's own gated entrance and long driveway leading to a parking and turning space towards the far end of the landscaped grounds.
 

This luxury air-conditioned villa affords three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each spacious bedroom is well furnished and has double-doors leading to a balcony. The villa can accommodate a party of six people (however, there is also a further bed to accommodate a child, if required).

The bright and airy living space is well planned and luxuriously furnished to provide first-class accommodation.

Villa Suva has a spacious kitchen which is well equipped with good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware, in addition there are many cooking utensils should you wish to dine in. The kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing machine.
 

The three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms are situated on the first floor, as are two of the bathrooms - one being an en-suite. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes offering plenty of hanging, storage and drawer space. The views down the valley towards the sea from the bedroom balconies are superb.

The master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) has a king size bed, although this can be be separated into two large twin beds, if required. The second bedroom has a double bed and bedroom three has twin beds. Bed linens and towels are supplied and laundered regularly at Villa Suva; towels are also supplied for around the pool area, although towels for the beach are not provided.
 

The swimming pool and spacious sunbathing terrace is located to the side of the villa and is approached via steps. The area is well furnished with parasols and sunloungers. From the terrace there are again fabulous views down the valley towards Agia Efimia and also towards the mountains.
